10 Learning Colour Books
A great activity to develop colour identity as well as learning sight words through the repetition of the sentences in each book. Children will enjoy creating their own story books and will want to read them over and over - all the time learning! Looking through magazines and advertising also develops their discrimination skills, while cutting and gluing requires fine-motor attention.11 Learning Shape Books
The 11 Shape Books works the same way as the 10 Colour Books but uses a different repetitive sentence to help increase your child's sight words while they learn their shapes. In the classroom, this would make a great Maths group activity.14 Templates - 3D Shape Nets
14 templates to create. A great way to learn the names and features of 3D shapes. Display them in the classroom or from the ceiling of a bedroom. A second set could be used as posters or large teaching cards to help children understand the language associated with 3D shapes such as faces, angles and sides. A list of activities and games to play once the shapes have been created has also been provided.
